I have been posting on facebook, and probably more than I should, about my insights and experiences as they relate to cycling. ...Mostly. I started posting long diatribes on facebook at the beginning of summer to promote a bike ride Form NJ to Florida. My son and I planned and executed the mammoth journey with the support of many friends and family members, and there are more stories from that summer alone than I could ever hope to commit to the written word.
As time passed, and my stories got longer, a friend suggested that I start a blog to tell my stories. She is a very eloquent writer, and fearlessly honest. I am neither, but I will do my best. I think I have a little more to say then stories of bad drivers and mechanical failure. Hopefully what I have to say will reach someone. At the very least, this is a more appropriate format than facebook.
So, welcome aboard. Sit down. Buckle up, and hang on. My writing is known to be disorganized, unfocused and hard to follow. But it's mine. No excuses.
Finally! You have too much to say and share to squeeze it into a 45 character status...bravo!
